RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REPAIRS AND REFUNDS

We take due care and ensure inspection prior to despatch of products but In case a defective item is received, or wrong item received which is other than what is ordered by you we will be glad to replace the item once the item is returned and reaches us.

We will take responsibility of shipping charges to receive back and to send the correct products and will require a receipt stating value of postage or shipping to reimburse you. In the case wrong item or defective item is received they must be returned unused and untampered to us and after inspection we will be able to process refund if applicable

The wrong products or defective products should be returned in original condition, in original packing if applicable

MISSING PRODUCTS

If there are missing products in the package we will investigate the same and compare it with our inventory. In case the product is left out and not despatched we will despatch the missed product at our cost .

 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

 We have option to either repair defective products at our cost, option to issue partial refund, option to issue full refund after receiving back the defective goods, option to replace the product with same product, option to exchange defective product with another product of your choice. This will vary from item to item and it is requested to contact us for further details

 RETURN PROCESS

 All products that are to be returned must be approved by us prior to you despatching it. Once the request is approved kindly dispatch the parcel to us at the address:

 PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK

 If a product is out of stock and this is discovered while packing your consignment we will inform you. We are able to offer full refund or propose alternative by way of products of same value or any other mutually agreed resolution

 In the case a defective product is returned and is out of stock we will inform of other alternatives available as well as lead times for arranging the original product. In this case we will have to offer option of full refund or propose alternative by way of products of same value or any other mutually agreed resolution

 DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

 We ensure proper packing for all our products, especially fragile products which consist of glass, lamps, optics. However in transit there is a chance packages may be disturbed and there can be minor scratches or marks which are unavoidable. Publications will be safely packed and despatched but it is likely that there can be chances of book corners getting bent or paper charts getting torn slightly at the edges. This may be unavoidable despite proper packing. This will be normal and will not hamper usability of the charts and publications or any other products such as glass products, lamps etc. It is advised that if required an cargo insurance policy may be taken for goods of high value.
