We offer following options for delivery

Registered Parcel takes 3 days to 8 days to deliver – anywhere in India

Surface Courier Packages take 2 days to 6 days to deliver – anywhere in India

Air Courier Packages take 2 days to 5 days to deliver - anywhere in India

 Due to restrictions on carriage of electronic goods or goods with batteries by airlines, these can presently only be shipped using surface courier or registered parcel.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping Charge, Packing Charges, Cartage and handling charges are all added and together represent "Shipping" 

AVAILABILITY

All products shown in the website are clearly indicative of availability status. However, if ordered items are processed and are out of stock we will inform you at the earliest. Items can appear in-stock in website by errors and omissions.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We have a one to three day review process post which products are despatched. We accept cancellations before despatch only. Goods once despatched cannot be returned back. To cancel the order please message us at atmain@gmail.com

If the goods are received in damaged or malfunctioning condition, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of the goods enabling us to investigate the same.

Depending on the extent of problem we will either repair item, exchange, refund or replace it

The prices shown in the website are including GST as and where applicable. Publications are exempt from GST. In the case of a B2B sale, we can process the invoice with your GST Number enabling you to claim input. Please leave a note and / or alternatively contact us at atmain@gmail.com

INSURANCE

Products are despatched by Third Party Services. Shipping services and postal services may or may not have specific Insurance policy on despatched products and insurance if required must be arranged by buyer at additional cost. In case of loss of package in transit we can attempt to inform you with relevant contact numbers and details of the third-party shipping services for escalation but are not in a position to replace entire consignment. The risk and title transfers to the buyer when materials exit our premises after successful payment. 

INSPECTION

We can produce the ordered goods for inspection prior to despatch. Kindly notify us if inspection is requested so that we can accordingly inform you product readiness. Any third party inspection, calibration or certification if required will be at your cost
